New public toilets are coming to New York City under Zohran Mamdani

The cost is $4 million collars for 17 small portable toilet modular setups

There will be a 10 minute hard limit amount of time each person is allowed to use the new toilet. When your 10 minutes is up the door will automatically open and you’ll be exposed to the public

At a $4 million cost for 17 units, that’s $235,000 per unit. It’s a 1 year contract that could be renewed
