ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) — The lawyer for Athletes Unleashed in Orchard Park says a judge has ruled that the gym is allowed to reopen at 100 percent capacity after it was initially fined $15,000.
Lawyer Paul Cambria tells 7 Eyewitness News that a judge found the fine and the closure to be “arbitrary and capricious.”
In November, a video made its way around social media showing a confrontation between business owners and Erie County authorities at Athletes Unleashed.
