The warrant clearly states that Target Account 1 is Paddock and he is the seller, offering a wide selection and recommending a bump stock for a thrill. ~~There’s no evidence he was emailing himself. ~~Edit: so the email address is the address of an apartment complex that Paddock used to own but sold in 2011. They have so far been unable to figure out who was using the email.
But the NYT and LA Times as well as others are running with the story that he was the one receiving those texts. Completely false and blatantly misleading.
