On 3/5/2009, the S&P 500 closed at 682.55, marking the stock market bottom for the 08-09 correction. This was what was being aired on CNBC and other news channels

Just as a case study here since a lot of people are asking “when is a good time to buy” and so on. It is always nice to reflect on what the “best time to buy” was for previous major corrections.
