They added this crap to their terms 2 weeks ago.
After global outrage they said it was a mistake and removed it.
Now it’s back in their ToS.
PayPal and Venmo (also owned by PayPal) control over 90% of online payments.
“Go make your own PayPal”, right?
Banks are also cancelling people for wrong think.
Just an FYI @PayPal put the $2,500 fine back into its terms of service as soon as the outcry died down.

So if PayPal decides that you, let me quote, Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information, then you’re liable to get your money stolen.
But it’s okay because it’s a private company doing it.
This system must crash and burn, I mean the rules based order or whatever.
