Permitless carry gun bill sails through Oklahoma committee

Mary Greeley News – OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahomans over the age of 21 would be able to carry a firearm without any training or background check under a bill that appears to be sailing toward a new Republican governor who says he’ll sign it.
