Peter Kadzik Is In Trouble For Conspiring To Use His DOJ Job To Help Hillary Clinton In Investigation – Federal Judge Orders Kadzik's Emails To Clinton Preserved.

by Pamela Williams
It is all starting to unravel for the Clinton Camp. I truly don’t think they are going to get away with breaking all the rules of law during her campaign for the Presidency of 2016. Peter Kadzik was especially appointed by the Department of Justice aka Loretta Lynch to investigate Hillary Clinton’s Email case. What was so blatantly astonishing about this appointment is that Peter Kadzik and John Podesta were very close friends. During the investigation, they exchanged emails, and Kadzik even gave Podesta a “heads up” concerning the investigation.

Additional chances for mischief. ———- Forwarded message ———- From: *Peter Kadzik* <> Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2015 Subject: Heads up To: John Podesta <>
There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails. Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmett Sullivan, a Bill Clinton appointee, instructed that the email account Kadzik used, a private Gmail account, be preserved subject to the Freedom of Information Act Request as per requests filed by conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch.
He said: “Defendant shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure the preservation of all agency records and potential agency records between the dates of December 1, 2014 and November 7, 2016 in any personal email account of Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs Peter Kadzik. Any question about whether a record is an agency record shall be resolved in favor of it being an agency record,” Sullivan wrote in the order.
Judge Sullivan is making it perfectly clear that there will be no destruction of emails, as we have noted in the past with Hillary Clinton and her Staff. It is so awesome to see the whole group finally getting caught in the act of breaking the law in ways that have infuriated the public. We have observed the many Clinton crimes, and they have weighed heavily upon us. However, now we are observing a complete turnaround in the Clinton investigation. I believe because we have a new President and a new Administration, we are being gifted with the truth and empowerment of the law. Praise goes to the Trump Administration, and, of course, to the Head of the House Oversight Committee, Jason Chaffetz. Chaffetz is on a mission to investigate Hillary Clinton, and he has made it clear there is nothing that can stop him.
I, also, want to give a thank you to WIKILEAKS, because the Kadzik – Podesta emails will prove this case against Kadzik.

  1. Right! When have a judge’s words ever had an effect on the Clinton gang? They’ll debate the meaning of the word, “preserve” for the next 3 years and then claim the janitor who burned the evidence by mistake was an immigrant who had trouble understanding English.
“Sorry,” they’ll say and then promise, “We’ve taken steps to ensure this type of understandable error never happens again.”

  2. Quick someone call Utah! Aug 1, 2013 NSA Collects ‘Word for Word’ Every Domestic Communication
Judy Woodruff sits down with two former NSA officials who blew the whistle on what they said were abuses at the NSA, along with that agency’s former inspector general, to talk about whether that secretive agency is recording all domestic calls in the U.S.

  3. The DOJ, SD & CIA are all chock full of Globalists & Wahhabi Sunni Mo Bro’s… These should be the focus of President Trump’s Drain the Swamp efforts.
