President Trump signed two executive orders on August 6. One ends birth tourism by directing State and DHS to block visas and entries for people coming just to give birth. The other lists categories where kids born here to non-citizen parents get no citizenship papers: kids of alien enemies or terrorists, foreign government workers, commercial birth tourism or surrogacy deals, and some territory cases if Congress acts. This comes right after the Supreme Court struck down his broader ban in June.
