Putin Supports Black Power

by Chris Black

In a 2020 interview (www.newsweek.com/vladimir-putin-says-wants-work-joe-biden-claims-shared-values-between-democrats-communism-1537501), Putin said Biden’s Democrats and Soviet communists have shared values and how that’s a good thing.

He also said he supports the black struggle and looks nostalgically on Soviet glorification & support of black American communist figures like Angela Davis.

> “Russian President Vladimir Putin has attempted to mark a positive resemblance between Democratic presidential candidate, former Vice President Joe Biden, and Soviet communists in a wide-ranging interview with the Rossiya TV channel”

> “But Putin linked Biden to communist ideology during the interview. While Putin—a former party member, KGB colonel and intelligence operative—made the comparison in positive terms”

> “The Democratic Party is traditionally closer to the so-called liberal values, closer to social democratic ideas,” Putin said. “And it was from the social democratic environment that the Communist Party evolved.” “After all, I was a member of the Soviet Communist Party for nearly 20 years” Putin added. “I was a rank-and-file member, but it can be said that I believed in the party’s ideas. I still like many of these left-wing values. Equality and fraternity. What is bad about them? In fact, they are akin to Christian values.” “Yes, they are difficult to implement, but they are very attractive, nevertheless. In other words, this can be seen as an ideological basis for developing contacts with the Democratic representative.”

> “Putin also reminisced on the Soviet Union’s rhetorical support for African-American civil rights struggle. American racial inequality will play a central role in the coming election. Trump has been widely criticized for dismissing the concerns of Black voters and tacitly endorsing violent white supremacist groups. Putin said Black Americans “constitute a stable electorate” in favor of the Democrats. “The Soviet Union also supported the African Americans’ movement for their legitimate rights,” he said.”

> “Back in the 1930s, Communist International leaders wrote that both black and white workers had a common enemy–imperialism and capitalism. They also wrote that these people could become the most effective group in the future revolutionary battle.” “So, this is something that can be seen, to a degree, as common values, if not a unifying agent for us,” Putin said. “People of my generation remember a time when huge portraits of Angela Davis, a member of the U.S. Communist Party and an ardent fighter for the rights of African Americans, were on view around the Soviet Union.””

Angela Davis was a radical black communist who was honored by the Soviet Union, East Germany and Cuba (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angela_Davis#Other_activities_in_the_1970s), and whose example inspired BLM.

Black power activist Assata Shakur (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assata_Shakur), who was involved in the murder of a US state trooper in 1973, broke out of jail and fled to Cuba, where she has been harbored ever since by the anti-White communist regime of Fidel Castro.

And if you think these relationships between communist regimes and US communists ended in 1991, you’d be wrong.

These people are not your friends.

Putin incinerated his European export markets by invading Ukraine, so he’s doing a hard pivot to Africa, forcing him to pander harder and harder for their good favor.

His latest promise is that he’ll double the amount of African students welcomed into Russian universities, a program going back to Soviet times.

> “Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday that he gave “priority” to relations with African countries, as Moscow was looking for new partners to face international sanctions over the conflict in Ukraine. “I want to emphasize that our country has always given and will continue to give priority to cooperation with African states,” Putin said in Moscow during a speech to African representatives.

> “Our country is determined to continue building a full strategic partnership with our African friends, and we are ready to shape the global agenda together,” the Russian president continued.”

> “According to Mr. Putin, Russia plans to increase cooperation with African countries in the field of energy, and medicine and to double the quotas of African students in Russian universities. …Russia had already multiplied initiatives on the African continent in recent years, aimed at posing as an alternative to the former colonial powers.”

If the American right spared just 1% of the concern they have for black zygotes to white children beaten and murdered by blacks in our schools every day, this country might be halfway livable.
