South Carolina GOP Rep. Ralph Norman told “Real America’s Voice” that he believes former President Barack Obama and former attorney general Eric Holder are the leaders of a “cabal of elitists that run this country” because President Biden is not doing so. “The whole administration is a rogue administration,” Norman said. “We all know Joe Biden is not running this country, there is a cabal of unelected elitists running this country.” “Probably Barack Obama is involved… probably Eric Holder, but who knows, we know it’s not Biden,” he said.
