There is no way to repeal affirmative action without totally repealing the Civil Rights Act.
Legal scholars have argued this for decades, and having looked into it, it’s the conclusion I came to.
The Supreme Court is not going to throw out the Civil Rights Act, so it seems to me that all of this talk about Affirmative Action is just a total waste of time.
However, Reuters is basically saying that if you ended affirmative action, there would be no brown people in universities.
Interesting, I thought we live in a meritocratic society (just kidding):
