The 1934 NFA is the infringement that lets the ATF tax and regulate suppressors, machine guns, SBR/pistol braces, restricts bore sizes, etc etc etc. Basically it’s the big daddy of unconstitutional horseshit, and it’s been used by the federal government for the last almost 100 years to oppress, tax, and register Americans.
