7 acre site packed with LION batteries. 100 MW capacity. (It would have been more useful if they stated the watt-hours of energy it can hold).

Just a drop in the bucket compared to the actual power used in the region. Seems pointless but mildly interesting. A super high voltage DC power grid connection project was cancelled a couple years ago that would have provided real power stabilization and at an affordable price.
