Many freedom-loving Americans are likely aware of the attempted communist invasion of America. After all, we currently see a thorough communist takeover throughout American institutions. Even a military commander is stating such. Shoot, we now have generals who allegedly openly conspired with communist Chinese generals. And, we have politicians associating with Chinese spies.
This is a long-term plan that’s coming to fruition. There’s a playbook in action that is being used against us.
Communism may seem like some distant philosophy, but the seeds for a communist invasion have been planted in America for generations: in our education system, in our legal system, and in our political system.
How did communism get a foothold in America?
Communism involves armed men and gulags in the end. But, how do you take over a country as silently as possible in the preceding steps?
First, understand that the hand which rocks the cradle rules the world. If you can control the youth of any country, you can control the future of any country.
The next step is to attack the written laws of a nation. Written law based on human rights is a hindrance to communism. The authors of charters and constitutions often build them with the evasion in mind. To counter this, the influential communist must target the youth of a nation. In addition, a communist must target the laws of such as well. Infiltrating the law schools and courtrooms of an entire nation up to the highest levels is often necessary.
Finally, communists MUST be in positions of power. This is easier than it seems. All the communists need to do is stoke envy and anger in the populace, thereby pitting them against each other. By stoking fear, anger, and greed, one can get large swaths of the people to clamor for the empty promises of a paradise offered to them. As a result, the communist easily takes office. Once this happens, getting other communists into positions of power becomes infinitely easier with bribes and tampered voting.
Let’s take a closer look at who contributed to the communist takeover of America.
Communism in the American education system
“Give me four years to teach the children, and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted.” – Vladimir Lenin
It should come as no surprise that America’s schools have long been the victim of communist ideology. Below are just a few of those responsible for developing collectivist thought in modern-day America.
John Dewey
The “Father of American Education” John Dewey, taught that the only truth was what man said to be, that learning from history was bad, learning from one’s parents and family members was foolish. Furthermore, Dewey was possibly involved in the publication of A Humanist Manifesto, published in 1933.
A Humanist Manifesto taught there was no God, Darwinism was a valid concept, science trumps religion, and more. [source is Skousen p286-288]
Combine A Human Manifesto with Dewey’s teachings that freedom is not “a ready-made possession” and natural rights belonged to “the kingdom of mythological social zoology,” and you had millions of young Americans minds being prepped to embrace the tenets of communism. [Skousen p322]
The Building America series of school textbooks
After communists introduced a textbook within American schools that was too blatantly communist – causing outrage throughout the country, more subtle means of introducing Marxism to young Americans were put into place: the Building America textbooks.
These textbooks subtly played up Marxism and criticized American traditions with little to no fuss. However, a Senate investigation on the series found that “113 Communist-front organizations had to do with some of the material in the books and that 50 Communist front authors were connected with it.”
Despite these findings, several states’ curriculum still used these textbooks up to 7+ years later. [Stormer p106]
Theodore Woolsey (1801-1889)
President of Yale College, Woolsey, was one of many top-tier college workers who did what was possible to undermine the US Constitution. Woolsey is known for statements such as, “the sphere of the state may reach as far as the nature and needs of man and of men reach, including intellectual and aesthetic wants of the individual, and the religious and moral nature of its citizens.” [Skousen 323]

Communism in the American legal system
We’ve seen numerous attacks on freedom throughout the law process as well. Entitlement programs, the assault on the Second Amendment, and forcing American’s to submit to a draconian set of rules to follow in a self-defense shooting to avoid arrest are all part of the brainwashing of American law.
Below are a few examples of communism in American law.
Christopher Columbus Langdell (1826-1906)
This Dane Professor of Law at Harvard Law School systematically changed how students studied law at colleges throughout America. Langdell dropped the Constitution as the deciding factor of whether something was legal or not. In addition he adopted what is known as the casebook method, consequently causing decades of future lawyers and judges to decide the case based on what they thought the outcome should be. [Skousen 331]
The 16th Amendment
“The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”
Meshing perfectly with The Communist Manifesto‘s calls for “a heavy progressive or graduated income tax,” the 16th Amendment was Congress’ way of deciding they could now tax peoples’ income.
The 16th Amendment violates Article 1, Section 2, and 9 of the Constitution and violates the 4th Amendment of the Bill of Rights as well. (Now giving unlimited power to snoop into peoples’ private lives.) [Skousen 298-299]
“Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers….” – Article 1, Section 2
“No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken.” – Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated…” – 4th Amendment
United States v Butler (1936)
This case was used as precedent to argue that the US Congress had the right to raise taxes for anything deemed important to “the general welfare.” For those familiar with the tenets of communism, one can attribute everything to public welfare.
The result was that the $6 billion federal budget in 1936 grew past $4 trillion by 1980. [Skousen 310]
Right now, it’s looking as if our federal budget will be $6.011 trillion for 2022. This money is for foreign aid (communist nations included), domestic surveillance, and collectivist entitlement projects. This all originated with US v Butler (1936).
Communism In-Office
“The United States will eventually fly the Communist Red flag. The American people will hoist it themselves.” – Nikita Khrushchev
Here are some of those in office who contributed to the communist takeover of America.
Woodrow Wilson
One could discuss many things related to this man’s reign. But let us first start with examining his mentor and chief advisor: Colonel Edward House.
Wilson would say of the man, “He is my independent self. His thoughts and mine are one.” Apparently so, for Wilson was also known for saying, “…no line can be drawn between private and public affairs which the State may not cross at will.”
He put actions to words in 1913, with the creation of the Federal Reserve – in direct violation of the Constitution. [Skousen 418]
“Congress shall have power…to coin money [and to] regulate the value thereof.” – Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5
Did Congress have the power to delegate this authority away to a private business?
Franklin Delano Roosevelt
FDR presented communism to the American people in several ways. The chief of ways which stands out to most Americans’ is his New Deal. Few know about his Economic Bill of Rights in 1944 – a document that espouses collectivist ideology.
FDR is also known for saying that the Constitution was “inadequate to assure us equality in the pursuit of happiness” [Skousen 422.] Furthermore, FDR is known for saying “there is nothing wrong with the communists in this country.” [Stormer 27]
Dwight D. Eisenhower
Perhaps no other president helped to cement communism’s role in world history as did Eisenhower. In a manner reminiscent of today’s Afghanistan debacle, Eisenhower initiated foreign aid for communists in Poland and Yugoslavia.
Nearly $3 billion was sent to communist leader Tito – including fighter jets and other military equipment – even after he’d pledged allegiance to Soviet Moscow. Eisenhower sent so much money to communist Yugoslavia in fact, that from 1956-1964, we provided roughly half of Yugoslavia’s national income. Later, Eisenhower gave planes, tanks, and guns to communist Achmed Sukarno in Indonesia. Communist dictator Patrice Lumumba of Congo received $20 million as well.
He also developed the ‘cultural exchange idea’ between Russia and the United States. The cultural exchange sent Americans to beautiful fraud hotels, cities, and restaurants. The hope was these American’s would come back and talk about how wonderful Russia was to our people. [Stormer pg. 35-37]
Communism is presented as the answer to all our problems.
People are suffering deeply right now with job loss, financial deprivation, and food insecurity. Covid mandates have destroyed the economy. Young people leave college with a head full of misguided ideas, massive debt, and few opportunities.
Desperation makes people eager to accept answers they may not have considered viable before. Some folks are seeking anything to help them out of their current situations, and they’re not looking further than their immediate needs. Freedom, once given away, is rarely if ever, returned.

There are many, many more examples of the communist takeover of America throughout our country. If you’re interested in reading further, I highly recommend Skousen’s The Naked Socialist and an older book by John Stormer titled None Dare Call it Treason.
Both of these books are fantastic references. Admittedly, Skousen does a better job of the philosophy angle. Stormer is more of a history lesson.
Communism has always been dangerous and it will continue to be.
It starts out as an ideal. We are all the same and deserve the same choices, a reasonable standard of living, the same healthcare, the opportunity for education regardless of your family status, and a good job. Cultural identities are destroyed, because, remember? We’re all the same.
But then the wheels fall off. To pay for all this, taxes inevitably rise to unbearable levels. This doesn’t affect the very poor and the very rich. It affects the working class and the middle class because we don’t get the exemptions that the major corporations do, yet we still earn money. Eventually, small businesses and farms are swallowed up by the government – collectivized.
When has the government ever been efficient at doing anything besides parting us with our money? Why would someone go in and work hard to be successful when there’s no reward at the end of the day? After all, we’re just the same so there’s no “getting ahead” through hard work. Why would you work hard to grow food or produce items that will be taken away from you and redistributed to others, particularly if you aren’t allowed to keep any of it for yourself?
And worse still, when you depend on the government for everything, you depend on the government for everything. That means if you fall afoul of the government, your opportunities for making purchases and getting supplies are limited. You could lose your housing for being non-compliant. You have the food the government says you can have…are we singing from the same songbook here?
