As of 10:46 a.m. New York time, all three major stablecoins, tether, USD coin (USDC) and BUSD, are trading a little under $1, according to Nomics.
If the so-called stable coins can’t maintain their value, there’s really no backstop for crypto. The whole crypto market could lose 95% of its value within a matter of weeks.
