The FBI is using security camera footage from the Capitol to investigate and arrest people, but deploying a weasely loophole where it remains property of the Capitol Police so that the public can never FOIA it.

Someone contact Judicial Watch and point this weaselly loophole out to them.

They’re the only organization I know of that fights this kind of thing and usually wins.
