The Deputy Bank Governor is now talking about it
Is it just me or is anybody else constantly amazed that Government and Regulators are always months or years behind what we seeing and talking about?

A year ago when home prices in many regions were going up 3% A MONTH!!
Couldn't our Government, the Bank of Canada and OSFI not said last November hell…. should have noticed last July and said: WHOA we need to act, this is dangerous
