The Real Story of Ukraine’s Kharkov Counter-Offensive

by Chris Black

A large concentration of American and other foreign mercenaries using NATO weapons and vehicles and satellite intelligence provided by the US government discovered a poorly protected part of the Russian frontline and rolled over it.

The Ukrainian forces behind them will now be going in to massacre all of the pro-Russian civilians.

This victory is unlikely to change much in the big picture, other than to provide NATO countries/Ukraine a short term morale boost.

The Ukrainian military was defeated a long time ago. The only reason the conflict is still dragging on is because NATO has completely taken over the war effort.

NATO is collectively stronger (on paper) than Russia, particularly in the realm of intelligence gathering.

I am not sure what the Kremlin’s plan is.

Are they going to respond to NATO aggression politically? The European Union is indeed in a fragile place going into the winter.

Either way, this is no longer a “special military operation” against Ukraine.

It’s an existential war against NATO on Russia’s part.

Here’s some footage from the “Ukrainian” counter offensive.

It’s impossible to know what the extent of US mercenary involvement is, but judging from the videos coming out, very heavy.

The Ukrainian counteroffensive — planned, armed and to an extent fought by NATO — is the first real victory against the Russians in the whole war.

But in the big picture, it means nothing. You can’t win a conventional war (military vs military) in the 21st century when your opponent has total air supremacy.

The Ukrainians are taking enormous casualties as they advance.

This may look good in the short term for politicians in Western Europe asking their people to give up showering for Ukraine, but it means nothing for the war other than a few Russian officers need to be dismissed.
