The US Is Heading Towards Another Devastating Crisis

Sharing is Caring!

After years and years of the Marxist left’s “food justice” campaigns, where the Government took money from the US Taxpayer to ‘stomp out hunger’ by funding thousands of nongovernment agencies to do that kind of work- and to elevate justice to marginalized communities by increasing welfare spending on food and farming- and the like, it should be no surprise to anyone that sources NOW say that America is now facing a food crisis- because the US is dependent foreign countries for farming and growing food- and in need of fertilizer. Something justice warriors in the Federal Government never planned for.

I digress.

So here we are again- another crisis is on our horizon.

Just two short weeks after the Russia-Ukraine crisis began, the entire world is quickly moving toward a food crisis that could affect large masses of people and because of the global connectedness of our public policies and trade-  a spillover of the crisis could soon spark agricultural mayhem in the US.

This story should make the perfect case for America’s First policies and economic nationalism- if people pay close attention, because not only is the US dependent on foreigners for energy- we are dependent upon them for fertilizer to grow food.

Zerohedge reported on the problem:

The curtailment of agricultural exports from Russia and Ukraine will have dramatic knock-on effects on global food supplies. Both countries are known as the ‘breadbasket of the world’ and are responsible for a quarter of the international wheat trade, about a fifth of corn, and 12% of all calories traded globally. Another major problem is access to fertilizers, as Russia has banned exports of the nutrients.
