Russians will be expected to sacrifice for their fatherland. Americans and Europeans who are hated by their leaders and hate them back will be asked to sacrifice for a foreign land.
Let’s see who cracks first.
Maybe the best way to motivate the Russian people is to sanction the country so hard that they all lose their jobs. Maybe then they will miss their iPhones, Mercedes and Sushi bars so much that they will actually protest against Putin in larger numbers.
