It’s 2019. If the US is going to wage genocidal regime operation wars, they sure as hell better use their technology to make sure they do it right.

There is simply no longer an excuse for errors of this magnitude.

The fact that they keep occurring means one of two things:

  1. The US military industrial complex is bloated and incompetent, and needs to be reigned in.
  2. The US military industrial complex is bloated and competent, and needs to be reigned in. These events are not “accidents” and are meant to propagate the sectarian violence, not prevent it.
