Town in Florida fines man $30,000 for not mowing his lawn while he was gone for 1 month, threatens to foreclose on his home if he can’t pay

Only in America can the fines be this outlandish and life ruining for something so meaningless.

Home ownership only seems to mean liable for taxes, fines, and consevation of land according to arbitrary laws and not 100% ownership.
