TRAINING FOR BLACKOUT? Power Outage Hits World’s LARGEST Military Base

WHAT ARE THEY GETTING READY FOR?!?!

On the evening of Wed. Apr. 24th, 2019, a widespread power outage lasting more than 12 hours affected Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and closed numerous facilities the following day.

According to the ArmyTimes, “The outage also affected restaurants and commissaries on post, which hosts about 52,000 soldiers. The on-post Womack Army Medical Center says it’s operating under reduced capacity and certain appointments at all clinics will need to be rescheduled.”

Fort Bragg is said to be the world’s largest military base in terms of population, with more than 50,000 duty personnel. According to Fort Bragg, this was actually part of a planned test — preparing for “real-world reactions” to what they call a “cyber attack.” Fort Bragg also released a statement regarding the actual event and the exercise involved… In which they state:

“Fort Bragg has been conducting an exercise to identify shortcomings in our infrastructure, operations and security by cutting power throughout the installation. Fort Bragg has to train for any possible threats to the installation in order to remain mission capable. This exercise was not announced in order to replicate likely real-world reactions by everyone directly associated with the installation. In today’s world, cyber-attacks are very likely. This exercise is exactly what we needed to do to identify our vulnerabilities and work to improve our security and deployment posture.”

But is it a surprise or a coincidence, considering how the Presidential National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC) released a 94-page report as of December 2018 — In regards to a “catastrophic power outage” affecting up to more than 50 MILLION people in America?

Not to mention how precisely 2 years ago this time was Operation Gotham Shield. In late-Apr. 2017, a major “nuclear” detonation drill took place in the New York-New Jersey area, along with the U.S.-Canadian border. Among the organizations involved were the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), and the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Other drills and exercises during this time included Vibrant Response: U.S. Northern Command’s (USNORTHCOM) annual field training exercise for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive consequence management forces designed to improve their ability to respond to catastrophic incidents.

But the question still remains: WHY All Of This Testing?

Couple all of this with store closings, Sam’s Club/Walmart closings, and deep underground military bases: What Is The REAL Agenda At Play?!
