Twitter Buried 'Podesta Email' Tweets

As per Twitter’s general Counsel Sean Edgett written testimony to the US Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, the social media giant’s algorithms colluded (pun intended) with Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2016 in a big way.
In layman’s terms, Twitter’s systems were tweaked to help Hillary win the election by burying almost half (48 percent) of the tweets that were made under the #DNCLeak hashtag and a quarter of tweets using the #PodestaEmails hashtag.
Basically, Twitter tried to censor/alter the news cycle on its platform by hiding large portions of tweets regarding the hacked-emails-scandal which concerned the Clinton Campaign, the Democratic National Committee and John Podesta himself (the guy who used ‘password’ for his email password), who was Clinton campaign chairman at the time.
Twitter’s Sean Edgett official’s testimony reads:
“Approximately one quarter (25%) of [#PodestaEmails tweets] received internal tags from our automation detection systems that hid them from searches.
Our systems detected and hid just under half (48%) of the Tweets relating to variants of another notable hashtag, #DNCLeak, which concerned the disclosure of leaked emails from the Democratic National Committee.”
Edgett went on further into explaining the Russians colluding with the 2016 US election cycle via social media, by saying that a mere 2 percent (2%) of the tweets under the #DNCLeak hashtag were made from “potentially” Russian linked Twitter accounts, which means that even the 2% figure may be overestimated.
Twitter’s General Counsel tried to  justify his company’s censorship with regard to the hugely damaging scandal involving Hillary Clinton and the DNC, the hacked Podesta/DNC emails that were published by WikiLeaks respectively, as, let me quote him again:
“part of our general efforts at the time to fight automation and spam on our platform across all areas.”
This guy actually claims that Twitter was only preoccupied with the American people’s general welfare, fighting fake news and propaganda, see? The leaked DNC emails revealed how Hillary Clinton basically stole the nomination and cheated Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders during her primary battle, and also exposed mainstream media journalists as nothing less than Democrat operatives, colluding with Clinton’s campaign.
Even if the so-called US Intelligence (oxymoron) community still claims that the DNC/Podesta emails hack was perpetrated by the evil Russians, the FBI never inspected the servers in question, and merely went with Crowd-Strike’s claims. Crowd Strike is a Google-linked third-party company  (relied upon by the FBI), guns for hire basically, which performed the DNC server analysis and concluded that Russians were behind the hacking. FBI took their word for granted.
Besides that, Podesta’s email-account was accessed via a phishing attack, not hacking.
