Twitter is having a difficult time dealing with the successful new social media platform GETTR, which touts its users won’t be canceled for expressing their individual views. GETTR is basically epitomizes what made social media great in the beginning, but has become an political tool, publisher, and essentially a public utility ever since — far from where it began.
Now, Twitter is attempting to silence users on a platform that’s not theirs and has crossed the legal line in doing so.
GETTR’s CEO Jason Miller was on Steve Bannon’s War Room today explaining Twitter’s latest, and perhaps most egregious, attempt at censorship, not to mention trying to maintain a monopoly.
