(Silver Doctors Editors) There have been reports of global shortages of masks, gowns, gloves and other personal protective equipment (PPE) due to the Wuhan Coronavirus outbreak and the subsequent unprepared people of the world scrambling for supplies.
These reports began weeks ago.
For example, from CBS Chicago, back on January 24th:
On the last day of January, the nation of India has banned the exportation of personal protective equipment.
From Reuters on January 31st:
NEW DELHI (Reuters) – India on Friday banned the export of personal protection equipment such as masks and clothing amid a global coronavirus outbreak.
It did not give a reason for the ban but it reported its first case of the new coronavirus on Thursday, a woman in the southern state of Kerala who was a student of Wuhan University in China.
There is no reason given because it’s implied: It’s called “being prepared”.
Some might even call it “prepping”, as in, preparing to deal with a fast developing crisis.
That said, this weekend, the World Health Organization’s General-Director said “The world is facing chronic shortage[s] of personal protective equipment”:
And even if we did need personal protective equipment here, it’s pretty much no big deal because our Treasury Secretary has informed us the US government hasn’t seen signs of supply disruptions!

In addition to the supplies being sent over, the US is ready to start writing some checks.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States stands ready to spend up to $100 million to assist China and other countries impacted by coronavirus, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced on Friday.
Although it’s not exactly stated which “US organizations” are involved, this is not to say any private charity that is looking to make its way to China and other places should not go there, but rather, the point here is that the US is spending money and sending supplies directly, so the US government is, once again, botching the response to the outbreak by leaving its own citizens vulnerable with the potential of having zero personal protective equipment should things worsen, not to mention burdening US citizens with even more debt because, well, it’s not like the US government has any savings to do such charitable work.
But here comes the real kicker: We’re helping our ENEMY!
President Trump has made it abundantly clear that China is our enemy.
Here’s just one example of that:
So here’s the question: Why are we sending China such critical supplies, supplies which are in chronic, global shortage?
Is it 4-D Chess?
Is it “good will” to get the Chinese people to rise up and take to the streets to overthrow their evil dictator Xi?
Or perhaps the masks have have been poked with holes, rendering them ineffective, in a Trojan Horse kind of way?
Yeah!
That’ll teach those dang Chinese a lesson!
Or is this simply more of the botched US Federal Government response to the coronavirus, deliberate of otherwise?
