US Officials Say the Ukraine Behind Kremlin Drone Attack

This is the sort of thing that would normally be beyond the pale.

However, we are now functioning under totally new rules of engagement.

These rules are not written down, but the basic concept is: “we can do anything we want but everything the enemy does is pure evil.”
