The US Treasury 10Y-2Y slope has gone parabolic (right side) since September 2019 (yellow line) and is back to mid-2015 levels.
Not only is the 10Y-2Y curve slope going parabolic, but the tech-heavy NASDAQ 100 has foundered since hitting a peak in February.
Also, we are seeing staggering increases (almost 3x) in lumber costs leading to large increases in the cost building homes.
Time to think about where this is all going.
