Skynet is an AI facial recognition network and part of the CCP’s mass surveillance panopticon.
It was developed through public-private partnerships. Megvii, the company featured in this documentary, created China’s first facial recognition system back in 2012.
When globalists in the West say they want to create “Smart Cities,” this is what they mean.

China is one of the worst countries for nationalists to praise as an ideal model. It’s an NWO petri dish and the exact sort of technocratic dystopia that globalists are creating in the West.
More importantly, it isn’t even a nation-state. It’s a multiracial empire that rules over countless distinct ethnic groups, many of which speak mutually unintelligible languages.
China’s population includes East Asians, Southeast Asians, Central Asians, Siberians, and even some Caucasoid peoples.
The CCP uses its own versions of Western “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” laws to subsume these ethnic groups into a civic “Han” identity.
Whites easily misunderstand the diversity of China, so to put things into perspective: China is the equivalent of an imperial superstate that encompasses all of Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, some of the Horn of Africa, and includes a few East Eurasian populations.
The definition of “nation” (i.imgur.com/6OXnpDw.png) is synonymous with “ethnic group”: A people united by ancestry, language, and culture.
