Most of this meeting was at the airport, only an hour and a half was near the border, and part of that time was transit.
Notice how she is going to Los Angeles for a secret meeting, press not allowed. This is no doubt the reason for leaving DC, they just squeezed in the near-border trip. And this trip wouldn’t have happened at all but they needed to beat Trump arrival.
