Washington pushed back reopening until June (which may force every state in The Western States Pact to do the same)

So Colorado, Nevada, California, Washington, and Oregon are in something called “the Western States Pact” and have agreed to synchronize their reopenings.

Yesterday Washington decided to push back their reopening until June.

In theory this seems like something that will impact our economy (especially businesses that rely heavily on those states) and is probably not priced in.
