A Whole Foods store in the US has set up e-gates and you need a QR code to get in to buy your food. How easy could it be to implement a social credit system once you have this kind of infrastructure in place? We just need to look at China to see how they do it. On the other hand, could it be that things are going electronic for an entirely different reason that is not just about money or power, but out of necessity for what is coming down the road?
