Nancy Pelosi has promised to bring a bill to the House floor banning members of Congress from using inside information to make advantageous stock trades, but seeing as how the House Speaker is suspected of being one of the biggest offenders when it comes to leveraging information about Congressional business to cash in, it’s no surprise that she seems to be dragging her heels on the issue.
