The White House just launched an interactive fraud map at whitehouse.gov/fraud/map that currently centers on DC agencies, while the broader Fraud Ledger tracks nearly $230 billion in suspected fraud uncovered since January 2025.

Map currently shows DC locations for agencies like HHS, SBA, VA, DOL, USDA, HUD, DHS and ED. HHS follows with about $96.2 billion, driven by Medicare and Medicaid schemes. Administration says it stopped $56 billion in annualized fraudulent payments. Enforcement actions total more than $55 billion through indictments, settlements and penalties. Site also lists top actions, arrests and suspensions including California hospices and state Medicaid freezes.
Map is interactive and agency-focused so far, with users expecting state and local cases to fill in next.
