I’m old enough to remember “two weeks to flatten the curve.”
They keep giving these new dates because it gives people something to look forward to. They can’t say “this is never ending, lol.”
New measures are coming after Christmas, in January.
Then they will tell you there is a new vaccine coming in March.

I mean, there’s no way this scam will ever end, based on their own terms, i.e. the vax cannot stop infections or the spread of infections, and any infections means restrictions have to continue. Also, there are new variants emerging constantly, and that requires new vaccines and new measures.
