World welfare queen Ukraine now demanding EU pay it’s wages and pensions

We need a good financial investigative reporter, like Peter Schweitzer, to find out how much money has been stolen from citizens of the west to support this corrupt shithole. Ukraine has been, allegedly, a country since 1991 and never had an adequate defense budget, apparently, because Americans are paying ALL of it; never had funds set aside for government salaries, which we’ve also been paying for; never had funds sets aside to pay pensions, which we’ve also been paying. They don’t pay ANY of their own expenses. Why? Because their leadership has STOLEN everything (including IMF loans, backstopped by US citizens) to buy townhouses in London and chalets in Switzerland. We are being robbed blind, driven into massive inflation to support these thieves and their offshore bank accounts. And, remember, Ukraine stopped paying ANY money to Donbass, including pensions (social security) in 2014!

Ukraine may not have the money to pay wages and pensions unless the European Union speeds up its financial aid, the country’s prime minister has warned. He said Brussels should act quickly to transfer all of the €9 billion ($8.8 billion) that was pledged to Kiev in May.

Shmigal warned that “in an extremely negative scenario,” Ukraine could end up “not paying wages and not paying pensions.”

Gimme, gimme moar money, says Zelinsky:

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky estimates that his country needs $7 billion a month to make up for economic losses caused by Russia’s invasion.

“As of now, given the economic downturn and broken economic ties, we need up to $7 billion in financial support each month. Ukraine will need hundreds of billions of dollars to recover from this war,” Zelensky said, according to a translation of remarks provided by his office.

In response to Zelensky’s pleas, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen announced $500 million in aid to help Ukraine continue providing services, the Agence France-Presse reported.
