You don’t own your kids, the State owns your kids. That’s what this statement means. And it’s incredibly dark statement.

If a Republican said this statement the Media would be comparing it to Hitler and Stalin. In Hitler and Stalins Regimes the State owns your kids. Your kids are property of the State.
