The end of January, YouTube deleted the Video of a user with reference to its Directive to medical misinformation about COVID-19”. Wrongly, as a court decided later. Instead of the Video immediately online, settled YouTube several weeks time.
Das the higher regional court (OLG) in Dresden against the video platform YouTube, a fine in the amount of 100,000 euros imposed, because this is a previously wrongly deleted the Video for a week not to be put online had.
