You might’ve thought for a moment there: “Hey, cool, so he’s basically selling patches of “Ukraine” for gibs”.
Hoo, boy, hold your horses, what he means is: “We will assign a country to a region and double down on begging for gibs or shame you into giving”.
So, western countries have stolen like $300 billion from Russia? Heh, the rest of the bill is on (You).
