The topic of US indefinite detention is rarely discussed, even when it’s debated in Congress. When I mention this, I tend to be downvoted. But regardless it’s an important topic. Rachel Maddow hit’s the nail on the head almost 10 years ago, and Obama actually implemented that program through executive order then passed the 2012 NDAA which had section 1027, which allows US citizens to be indefinitely detained without a trial for being label an enemy combatant. It’s literally still being debated on the congressional floor without anyone reporting on it. #resist /s!
