“3 years without a pay raise. New attendance policy will only allow me ONE weekend day off, after working TWO CONSECUTIVE weeks without calling in sick, or using a vacation day. BNSF has been making record profits since the start of the pandemic. We will no longer remain silent, our union has spoken…..WE ARE GOING ON STRIKE!!!”

BNSF workers have gone 3 years without a pay raise, and only get one weekend day off, while @BNSFRailway has been making record profits since the start of the pandemic. After years of failed negotiations, @smartunionworks has decided enough is enough – time to strike. pic.twitter.com/xdbQLiK2mc
