Police Force shrinks as Cops are let go and excess gear is sold. Crime rates skyrocket as Police response time is crippled.
Chicagos Population: “WHERE ARE THE POLICE! WE ARE GETTING MURDERED EVEN MORE THAN USUAL OUT HERE!”
