For all those fathers that don’t get away with $600 in arrears, just know that if you are rich and connected, you don’t have to pay in Shasta County, Ca.

There is no Federal Office to contact regarding such enforcement.

At least other populations are getting helped.

Apparently, our own children are now shoved aside along with the veterans, homeless, and elderly.

Children don’t deserve support enforcement in the USA.
