California Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law State Bill 104, which now extends health care benefits to illegal immigrants between the ages of 19-25, in addition to the law that already had guaranteed coverage to illegal immigrants under the age of 19. – They are setting a precedent!

This is key to how they run this scam. It’s actually ILLEGAL to use federal funds to pay for Medicaid benefits for illegal aliens, except for emergency services and labor and delivery care. So, they shuffle state education dollars into this program, create an education deficit to obtain federal funds, and pay the education deficit with the federal funds.

Politico explains the way they plan to “offset” state funding with federal funds legally at the link below. But it avoids issues like diverting funds illegally from other areas. But, you can be sure that they’ll do that, too.
