Link to the tweet. The Twitter thread is interesting. Multiple Twitter users are justifying the Emergency Act being invoked because of “honking.”

Interesting that people think hearing horns honking, in a major city where cars are always honking horns, justified the use of military force. Seems a bit reactionary.

Federal Emergency Act so far rejected by New Brunswick, Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
