Tomorrow provinces will be consulted on its invocation.

Last night Trudeau met with members of his cabinet (at least 25% known affiliated with WEF) to discuss invoking the Emergencies Act which would give him sweeping power over Canadian citizens.
This action is similar to the President of the United States invoking Martial Law.
