I was just leaving a casino, when I noticed that someone distracted was not paying attention to the toddler in their group. I was getting ready to honk my horn to get their attention, when someone else in the group noticed the situation. Probably the mom, judging by her quick reaction.
It was a scary moment watching the child on his own. That scary moment quickly turn to disgust. The adult that should have been watching this toddler was distracted by his cell phone.
I posted this video to be educational. Just to show the dangers of cell phone distraction…. while driving or on foot.
