Two Chinook Helicopters were seen airlifting a huge cargo container away from an area near the Edison hydroelectric facility.
Chippewa County dispatch announced after numerous concerns were called in to authorities.. who then alerted Media outlets in Ontario that “The National Guard was conducting training exercises in the area..”
Aren’t these ‘training exercises’ supposed to be announced before they’re conducted.?
