Substandard construction methods, substandard concrete that was not allowed to ‘cure’ properly, not enough rebar, not attached to the opposing banks of the river, placement on WAY TOO STEEP embankments…. I could go on, but this dam was built to fail. And it was built to kill millions of people. The CCP will end up killing more Chinese people than a nuclear war with the US would. Who needs to go to war with China, they are doing a FINE job of destroying themselves.
