Chris Hedges discusses his legal case against Section 1021 of the 2012 NDAA and powers that have been granted to the state.

Highly recommend listening to the whole interview, but it’s refreshing to listen to someone who actually understand and even fought some of the draconian laws that the establishment has. I don’t agree with everything Chris Hedges says, but it’s obvious the over arching direction / agenda of the state is preparing to have the legal mechanisms in order to drop an authoritarian hammer on the US publish, which is rarely discussed. Here is a brief history of the US Establishment trying to secure indefinite detention.
